Instructions to Authors
Authors are requested to send the full paper by March 7th, 2009 the latest.

Authors must submit their paper along with the paper registration form.
Please note that the acceptance of a paper for presentation is conditional to receiving the full paper and the payment for its registration. Papers that are not fully registered and paid for will not be included in the Program of the Conference.
Each paper must be registered, regardless if a person is co-author in or presents more than one papers.
